The 'Shack' features a variety of award winning authentic barbequed meats all smoked with native hardwoods from our gourmet wood selection; wild cherry, pecan, white oak, and of course, hickory.   We offer a daily plethora of freshly prepared vegetables, and casseroles as well.  The rustic country store atmosphere is accented with homemade desserts, jams, preserves, pepper relishes, and pickles of all sorts. In season fresh produce makes it's way onto our tables from the garden just outside.
